Rindy and Bob Brooks have been married a long time. She knows and trusts him 100%, making it is easy to promote his integrity, experience and work ethic to practitioners. She sees the effort he exerts and the professionalism and high standards he expects of himself for the benefits of his clients.

Together, they have a strong family legacy and treat their clients the way they would want to be treated – like family.

Bob has been serving Ohio dental practitioners since 2003. Bob’s practice brokerage is Practice Endeavors, LLC and his real estate brokerage is Practice Endeavors Realty, LLC.

Bob is credentialed as a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA) with Exit Planning Institute and maintains active participation in a national Practice Valuation Study Group (PVSG). He attends continuing education with National Association of Practice Brokers and is an active member and presenter with Ohio Business Brokers Association (OBBA).

He has developed proprietary tools to better serve his clients and assist them in fulfilling their dental practice goals. Bob excels at what he does and enjoys seeing his clients with satisfying and profitable outcomes.

Spending time with grandkids and his wife, fishing in Florida and playing in concerts throughout Ohio with the OSU Marching Band Alumni fills his leisure time.

He connects well with both associates and practice owners and appreciates your commitment to clinical excellence. His goal is to serve you with the same intensity in practice sales or real estate transactions as needed to meet your career goals. 

He loves to play golf wherever and whenever he can, spend time with his wife and daughter and think about new inventions.
